Title	Job Requirements/Duties:
ASIC Design Engineer	Understanding of CMOS IC process and digital circuit design Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player Prefer MSEE with 2+ years of ASIC design experience Experience with Ethernet or other networking products is a plus
Analog Design Engineer	Thorough understanding of CMOS analog design and analysis. Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player Prefer Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience in advanced CMOS analog design, analysis and circuit debugging. Experience with the following tools: SPECTRE, Matlab, Virtuoso, Calibre, etc.
Analog Layout Designer	Understanding of CMOS process and basic analog circuit theory Strong oral and written communication skills, good team player, efficient Prefer BSEE with 3+ years of CMOS analog layout experience. Experience with following tools: Virtuoso, Calibre, etc.
Software Engineer	familiar with C/C++, understand MASM assembler experience with windows or Linux driver programming, preferably experience with network driver familiar with STP/RSTP/SNMP switch protocols is a plus Team player, quick learning, self － motivated and hardworking bachelor degree or above
Application Engineer (SVT)	BSEE required, MSEE preferred 3+ years of experience of board level switch and LAN of ASIC design, preferably for PC and networking products Must have good lab skills using various instruments such as spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer and scopes Must be comfortable with both software & hardware Specific knowledge of 802.3 Duties : Assist RD to identify ASIC and system compatibility. Solve customer’s issue Process system and software identification program
Marketing Application Engineer	BSEE required, MSEE preferred 3+ years of experience of board level switch and LAN of ASIC design, preferably for PC and networking products Must have good lab skills using various instruments such as spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer and scopes Must be comfortable with both software & hardware Specific knowledge of 802.3 Must be self motivated with good communication skills and an investigative spirit. Ability to be reactive to customer needs coupled with superior problem solving and debug capabilities Duties Assist RD to identify ASIC function Solve customer’s issue Design demo board and EV board
Marketing Manager	BS in electrical engineering and MS or MBA are preferred 5+ years experience in business development, out bound marketing, and sales 2+ years experience with PC and networking hardware and software with strong understanding of IP networking Ability to negotiate, influence, executes and drives critical business decisions Highly organized with attention to detail and effective communicator Duties: Contribute to business planning to grow the company revenue and expand the business opportunity Guide early development of Product features Work with engineering and product management to enhance product road maps and differentiation Present new product offering to strategic customers Work with end customers to identify emerging opportunities Establish the supply chain strategy and relationships for new product introduction Provide new product schedules and project direction for third party manufacturers Lead business development efforts that are targeted towards identifying and closing key customer engagements
Physical design engineer	Own any part of the process from netlist handoff to tapeout: floor planning, power planning and signoff, place and route, timing closure, and physical verification Verify effects of crosstalk and electro-migration. Support ASIC die size estimation studies and resource and schedule planning Write scripts in Perl and TCL to achieve higher performance and productivity through automation BSEE required (MSEE plus) Duties: Experienced in ASIC physical design (place and route, DRC, LVS, power distribution, etc.) Experience with Synopsys tool set and flow highly desirable
CAD and library support engineer	Support the usage of backend CAD tools for custom layout, timing driven place and route, design verification (DRC, ERC, LVS) and RC extraction Maintain up-to-date technology files, verification decks and library model files. Develop and maintain scripts to automate design flow Write application notes and document CAD processes Maintain and support library releases Duties: Good understanding of analog and digital IC design flow Experienced in backend design tools and methodologies, library views & DRC/LVS verification decks Experienced in scripting languages
DSP Architect	In-depth knowledge of digital signal processing algorithms with applications on high speed digital communication system, including modulation, coding, adaptive equalization, etc. In-depth knowledge of high performance digital system and circuit design mandatory (VHDL or Verilog language). MSEE with 3+ years of VLSI design, preferable Ph.D. Proficiency in English reading and writing. Hardworking Duties: Responsible for hardware architecture definition and system design of high speed digital communication systems. Simulate the system performance and define ASIC architectures that performs various signal processing algorithms. Tasks will include system simulation using Matlab, partitioning DSP algorithms into implemental functional blocks, design of high-speed logic and circuits using VHDL or Verilog language, and generation of specifications and documentations.
